Francisco Everardo Oliveira (alias Tiririca) was elected by more than 1,5 million voters from Sao Paulo State to become the first declared professional clown Federal MP in Brazilian history. If Lula can grant terrorist Cesare Battisti indulgence and political exile in the country, why can´t Tiririca represent discontents? Now that bread is available to all, a bit of circus is more than welcome.
